How often do you check the property? 

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom check-in schedules based on your needs. You choose the frequency, and we provided reports after each visit. 

What types of properties do you manage?

We specialize in second homes, absentee-owner properties, vacation homes, and short-term rental properties throughout the Hudson Valley. Our services are designed for homeowners who are away for weeks, months, or full seasons at a time. 

What do you look for during a home check?

We inspect the exterior and interior for leaks, damage, pests, storm impact, heat & cooling issues, mail buildup, security concerns and anything unusual. You receive photos and updates each time. 

Are you insured? 

Yes. We are fully insured to protect you, your home, and any work we perform or supervise. 

Do you work with contractors or service providers?

Absolutely. We coordinate and supervise trusted local vendors for repairs, maintenance, deliveries, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal and more. You never need to be on-site

What happens if there's an emergency or storm? 

We respond right away. Whether it's a storm, alarm, power outage, frozen pipe concern, or anything unexpected, we go to the property, assess the situation, and send you a detailed update.
